HOW CAN I FIND YOUR AVAILABILITY?

Availability will be released 2 months in advance. If you want to book out 2+ months, please reach out via DM on Instagram or email: charjuderieboards@gmail.com.
On days marked as “Limited Availability, I am only available during a specific timeframe on those days. When I reach out to confirm the order, we will discuss the specific timeframe.
On days marked as “Unavailable”, I am either booked or not available to take orders.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU NEED MY ORDER?
A week notice is preferred. If you have an order with less notice, please reach out via DM on Instagram or email (charjuderieboards@gmail.com) and we will do our best to accommodate.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
All charcuterie arrangements are prepared in and can be picked up from our commercial kitchen, MSP Kitchenery, located at 138 Jackson Ave. N. Hopkins, MN 55343.
WHAT SIZE BOARD OR BOX SHOULD I ORDER?
The estimated number of people that each board/box feeds can be found on the Menu Offerings page. The estimated number is based on servings as an appetizer/starter. These are rough estimates, of course. However, if other food will be served alongside, these go a longer way than estimated.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that life happens. We kindly ask that cancellations must be made 72 hours before the pick up date.
CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?
Yes, special requests are absolutely welcomed! All boards and boxes are customizable, I strive to make your arrangement uniquely yours! Please note the request in the order form. For example, if you would like a specific type of cheese or meat with your order, if there are any allergies I should be aware of, etc. Note: Special requests are based on availability and may incur additional charges.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes, we do! Please reach out via email if you are interested in purchasing a gift certificate.
